These are the new imperatives, but flexibility, change, and transformation cannot be imposed from without, they stem from an inner desire to find new ways of thinking and doing.

Trying to impose change is a lost cause; what works for one person is unimaginable for another. Our choices are shaped by our life experience, our values, and our beliefs; each person has a unique way of functioning.

Real transformation comes from within. It is when someone sees the benefit of change that they widen their perspective, become curious about new ways of thinking and doing … they experiment, it works and so they decide to take a new path.

on 3 levels

ME: A better understanding of how I operate, my drivers and my blockers. What meaning and purpose do I give to my work and my life? Exploring my learning zone to build my capability and extend my potential.

MON EQUIPE: What is the nature of my relationships with my direct reports, my peers, and my superiors?
How do others function, what motivates them, what are their expectations? What is my added value within a group?

THE ENVIRONMENT: (the organisation, clients, market…) In what socio-economic context am I evolving? What will tomorrow look like? What is my long-term vision? How do I contribute and how do I influence beyond my immediate remit?
