Programme
Before group training
EQ-i Diagnostic and individual report debrief (1h30)
The participant completes the EQ-i (Emotional Quotient Inventory) online. This gives them a full, complete, hands-on experience: assessment, report, and remote debrief with a certified trainer.
Power 21 remote modules
Three online modules to complete before the group training.
They enable participants to:
- Measure the importance of emotional intelligence
- Understand the latest advances in neuroscience
- Understand the foundations of EQ-i 2.0: the 5 scales and 15 subscales, and how they interact
- Identify different response styles, and assess their coherence and reliability
- Become familiar with the EQ-i 360 report, its added value and use cases
Group training
Interaction between the different subscales, real use cases, targeted questions to highlight the links between emotional competencies.
Analysis of a standard EQ-i report and hands-on debrief practice: interpreting a report; practising a debrief / feedback session; asking open, relevant questions; active listening; ethical foundations of EQ-i 2.0.
Specifics and interpretation of the EQ-i 360 report; When and how to use EQ-i; How to gain buy-in for a programme based on Emotional Intelligence; The advantages of EQ-i 2.0 vs. other Emotional Intelligence assessments; Case studies demonstrating the return on investment of EQ-i 2.0; How to respond to resistance and objections.
Walkthrough of the MHS platform, which allows you to administer questionnaires, download EQ-i 2.0 reports, and access resources; exam preparation.
