EI diagnostic

Emotional intelligence is an individual’s ability to recognise their own emotions and those of others, and to use this information to guide their thinking and their behaviour in an effective and constructive way.
Emotional Quotient (EQ) is the measure of this.

Diagnostic Diagnostic

In organisations, a high EQ translates into well-being, healthy relationships, better decisions and stronger performance.

Let’s stay at the helm; experience is not what happens to us, it’s what we do with what happens to us.

The EQ-i 2.0
diagnostic

The EQ-i 2.0 (Emotional Quotient Inventory) is the most recognised and widely used psychometric tool for measuring EQ in the world.

  • It generates a total EI score with five composite scores measuring distinct aspects of emotional and social functioning
  • It helps you understand how your emotional functioning impacts every aspect of your life: motivation, communication, interpersonal relationships, teamwork, decision-making, stress management
  • It helps each person use their strengths more effectively and reinforce emotional skills that were previously less developed
