EI diagnostic
Emotional intelligence is an individual’s ability to recognise their own emotions and those of others, and to use this information to guide their thinking and their behaviour in an effective and constructive way.
Emotional Quotient (EQ) is the measure of this.
In organisations, a high EQ translates into well-being, healthy relationships, better decisions and stronger performance.
